47 Circus Roof Garden is an elegant Italian restaurant and cocktail bar on the panoramic terrace of the 47 Boutique Hotel, with a breathtaking view of ancient Rome. Awarded “2 Forks” by Gambero Rosso since 2020, it features a seasonal menu that highlights local traditions and Mediterranean cuisine, with a strict focus on the seasonality and origin of the ingredients. Aperitif is a must, with a selection of dishes and finger foods specially crafted to pair with the cocktails on the drink list. The unique setting of Rome’s treasures completes the experience at our panoramic restaurant: Piazza della Bocca della Verità, the Forum Boarium with the Temples of Portunus and Hercules Victor, and the Theater of Marcellus.

47 Parole in Libertà Bistrot is the internal restaurant of 47 Boutique Hotel. Furnished in 1920s style, welcoming and elegant, it is the ideal location to savor the dishes of our cuisine and sip a drink. A more intimate space where you can work in peace, have a coffee or try one of the labels of the gin corner surrounded by original prints and posters of Depero’s advertisements for Campari.

The cuisine
Chef Maurizio Lustrati’s cuisine is a tribute to Italian culinary art, enhanced with a touch of modernity. His professional journey includes significant experiences in the hospitality sector both in Italy and abroad, working as part of kitchen brigades or as a consultant.
His culinary philosophy is based on the perfect balance of technical skill and the use of high-quality local ingredients, creating dishes that satisfy both palate and eye.
Careful selection of the finest raw materials, respect for seasonality and creative reinterpretation of Italian traditions are at the core of his style. This approach aligns with the property’s green project, which emphasizes sustainability and the value of natural resources.
47 Hortus is a concrete example: a 4-hectare area within the Marturanum Regional Park in Tuscia. Here, amidst over 300 olive trees, vegetable gardens and greenhouses, our organic extra virgin olive oil was born in November 2023. The goal is to make the cuisine increasingly sustainable, bringing homemade products directly to the table.
